P&G launched Gucci Diamonds, a new fragrance from the Gucci family and gave us the task of activate it in Jordan Duty Free, Abu Dhabi Duty Free and Dubai Mall. We created a full-fledged sales driven activation idea that allows consumers to experience the diamond-made to life through 2 activations: Users experienced driving a diamond studded car and shared the experience through social media. 30 second video was captured of their journey in the car and emailed to them to viralise via social media. Users that purchased the product were also instant winners of a gift. They were allowed to reveal the gift by searching for it in the virtual diamonds gift box, through the use of Leap Motion technology. The activation outperformed any other activation done by competition with a category sales record of almost 4000 bottles in two weeks.
